I had leftover wonton wrappers and saw this recipe for wonton churros or is it churro wontons.. anyways, I love anything with cinnamon sugar! I got the idea from here: http://www.lafujimama.com/2010/02/churro-wontons-with-salted-butter-caramel-dipping-sauce/

What you’ll need:

wonton wrappers

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon

oil

Cut the wonton wrappers into thirds. Cut a slit in the middle. Then get one end and pull it through the slit. For the cinnamon sugar mixture, combine 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tsp of ground cinnamon. Mix it up. Heat up oil to 350 degree/ medium heat in a shallow pan. Add 6 wrappers or more depending how big your pan is. Fry until golden. They fry up real quick so make sure to watch them! I had the heat on high at first so the first couple burned. Then when I lowered the temperature to medium they were better but the oil was still super hot. It’s better to heat the oil slowly and then adjust to a higher temp! I don’t deep fry things often so I learned the hard way! >.< Drain them on a paper towel then toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture. That’s it! All done!

I loved Lee Hi’s look in her It’s Over promotional teaser pic. She had on music note lashes and color on her bottom lid. Of course my eyes are not like hers since she has big eyes and I could have applied more eyeliner or made my eyes look a bit rounder, but I decided not to. I want to show you guys that you can rock any look to fit our eye shape. I hope you guys like it and try it out!

lee hi makeup

My 100th video! Wooo! Whoa, I never thought I would make 1 video.. but I’ve managed to make it to 100! So, I thought to celebrate I would.. do.. half my makeup? lol. If you’ve seen the Korean variety show Star King then you have seen the beauty segment where girls come out fully glam and then have to take off half of their makeup. There’s more to it.. but I won’t get into all that. You can watch me look like a fool.. enjoy! =P

I had this look in my previous DIY video and you guys requested for a tutorial. Honestly, it’s real simple. When I’m not filming a tutorial and do my makeup I like to do it fast and keep it simple.. but here it is and I hope you try it out

These fortune cookies are easy to make. They make great gifts to give to your special someone on Valentine’s Day or just to eat on a regular Thursday like me.. uh what?

I got the idea from this blog:http://sugarforthebrain.com/2013/01/14/valentines-fortune-cookies/they made them a lot better than I did.

Ingredients:
2 large egg whites
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ cup flour
1 ½ teaspoon cornstarch
Dash salt
½ cup sugar
3 teaspoons water
Red or pink food coloring
Melted chocolate
Sprinkles

Makes about 10-12 cookies

In a bowl, add egg whites, vanilla extract, almond extract and oil. Beat the mixture until it’s frothy. Then sift in the flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar and water. Mix until smooth.
Divide the batter in half and add couple drops of red food coloring into one mixture.
On a greased cookie sheet, add 1-2 tablespoons of batter and make a circle. It should be roughly 4 inches in diameter. This is where you can decorate it how ever you want it. Then place the cookies in a 300 F degree oven. Depending on your oven, it should take 10-13 minutes. They should be lightly golden brown on the edges. Make sure to watch them carefully so it doesn’t burn. When you take it out of the oven you need to work quickly! That is why you should do two cookies at a time. You can see in the video how I messed up. So with a spatula, flip the cookie and put your message in the middle. Fold the cookie in half and use a cup to bend it down the middle. Then place it in a cupcake tin so it holds its shape. If your designs didn’t turn out like you wanted them to you can dip the fortune cookies into melted chocolate and add sprinkles! Place them in the fridge so that the chocolate cools and hardens. Then enjoy!
